Before permit issuance the architect or engineer of record shall prepare and submit a Special Structural Inspection and Testing Agreement to the Building Official for approval.

This agreement consists of a two-part form:

1. The Signature Acknowledgment of the architect and/or engineer of record, the owner representative, all agencies to be retained for conducting these inspections, the general contractor and lastly the Building Official.
2. The Summary Schedule of Special Inspection and Testing Services applicable to the project.
